"Summer's Lease" was built by the present owners in Hong Leong Shipyard, Penang using the services of fibreglass specialists. She was launched in 2008 and motored to Langkawi for a fitout. But illness of the owner and a stay in hospital then followed, causing the boat to remain in Telega Marina without further work.               In September 2009 the boat was hauled out for work in Wavemaster Shipyard, Langkawi for the installation of a stern targa arch and stanchions, plus the renewal of antifouling. When back in Telaga Marina the electrics were installed by professional marine electricians. Work started on the interior fitout, but again illness intervened and the owners decided to sell.               That has now created the opportunity to buy a near-new catamaran with virtually unused twin engines and saildrives, plus a high standard of electrics and almost completed fitout. All panels, bench tops, new gas cooker, microwave and refrigerator are installed, allowing your choice of finishing with soft furnishings, interior paint and your preference for sails and rigging.                     The price, which is negotiable, reflects both work that has been finished and work that remains to be completed.
